Out Side Camper Lights

Post by LarryMarty »

Does anyone know where the fuse is for the outside camping lights. These are the lights that are turned on just inside the double doors, and the lights themselves are on the right and left rear of the camper...for a 1993 B190.

Larry...thats sounds like something thats been added

The only outside light that came on our rigs is a single light to the left and above of the side double-doors and its switch is inside on the end of the cabinet

Alaskan .. that is the one I am talking about...but my camper has a light on both sides...... in the same place.

They were working when I first got the vehicle..... and while having them on one evening...they just stopped working, while the switch was on.

Open the fuse panel (under the couch). If it's wired like mine, you'll find only three or four fuses in there, and all of the lighting and the fans are wired to the exact same circuit. But open that door and take a look - it is possible to wire in extra circuits and that could be the problem.

Or the switch went bad or a wire came loose somewhere. If it's not the fuse, I'd get to the back of the switch and check for a constant +12 volts on one side of it, and switched +12 volts on the other.

Never seen a rig with an outside light on the drivers side..

ya....on mine its the second blue 15amp fuse in on the left that operates that outside light...

If you need to look at the back on the switch take the two drawers out...
