1997 Keyfob

1997 , bought some remote entry keyfob online but unable to program , anyone had any success with this and how. Not sure if it originally came with keyless entry or not
I do not believe our vans had the remote entry/starter kits installed at the factory. I know my 1994 did not have it.
I had a kit installed at a local radio/tint installation shop for cheap. Allows remote entry and vehicle starting. I think it cost me $129 installed.
