Composting toilet in the rig...

Has anyone ever installed a composting toilet (i.e.Nature's Head) in their rig? What kind of success or lack thereof did you have? I just purchased a 96 B190 and I will be full-timing in it. When this Midwest winter hits, I don't want to have to worry about freezing lines with the black water tank and a composting toilet eliminates that worry. Any info on use in a B190, or in any RV/boat for that matter would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance! Love this forum!

I would do this instead. Cheap, collapsible, and they work great. My wife uses one at our cabin occasionally when it is super cold out in the middle of the night, and she doesn't feel like making the trudge to the outhouse. It is obviously much more ideal for #1, than #2, but for the money and space you will save, it seems better to me.

Wow! That Clean Waste toilet is a great idea! Maybe I can just try the waste bags with the gelliing agent in the toilet that's already installed in the camper...do you think they would fit? This is an especially good idea in the winter. Thanks so much!

The cleanwaste bags definitely fit--perfectly. I have used them for the past three years for winter trips in my 1994 b190.

Camper KiWi, very curious to know how the Clean Waste system worked for you, how did it go?
