Lower fridge vent/door replacement.

I need to replace the lower vent, but I have asked and looked everywhere and nothing. I purchased what was supposed to be the plastic replacement, but it is not even close to being as deep as the original. I would have to fabricate a sleeve or covering to make up the gap. Anyone know where or what is suitable as a replacement?
