I went over to the camper and pulled the file. Unfortunately, it doesn't say too much:
Exhaust/Driveline repair $625.00
Installed customer 2.5" exhaust system with magnaflow stainless muffler.
I'd be happy to provide the provider's name and number if somebody wants to take the discussion further.

Re: Power Enough
I did not but my mechanic said he did. I also have an exhaust manifold leak which we will address after the New Year, which is all I hear! It's not going to be a 'fun' fix.

When you get into something this old and tight working area, they never are fun. Next time I will pay someone to do a tune up.Oldbagpipe wrote:I did not but my mechanic said he did. Re: Power Enough
Update:
We recently returned from the Spokane Festival of Speed, which requires a trip over the summit of Snoqualmie Pass (2,726'). For the most part, we never lost any speed, towing the trailer. Still having a little issue with cooling but no lack of power.
I looked into the Banks Power Pack idea but they didn't make one for me as my engine was too 'small'. However, as previously stated, the new exhaust has taken care of any and all issues with hills, passes, and the such.
