I plan to update my radio in the B190 with a new CD/FM player........How difficult is it to remove the dash panel to get at the radio?

Your body style is different than mine, but in mine I have to pull back the engine cover (not take it out completely, but unbolt it and slide it back), then there are a couple screws around the facia, and that's it. Yours is probably similar.

If you get the radio from Crutchfield, they'll give you the installation kit and detailed directions for free. They usually aren't the cheapest, but their prices tend to work out about the same as other places after you add in the cost of the installation kit. I shop there for almost all of my car audio stuff (I've replaced the head units, speakers, and added 12" subwoofers to both cars, in addition to replacing the radio on the camper).

I do recommend finding a way to run the power wires for the radio to the cabin battery instead of the engine battery - that way you can easily play it without needing keys in the ignition while camping, and it won't run down your engine battery doing it. Only quirk is that it'll no longer shut off with the ignition, but that hasn't bothered me (it's not a vehicle I drive every day, and if it's a short stop I'll usually just leave it playing).
