great site that I'm sure will come in handy. recently bought a 96 after having looked at many newer Sprinter Van's. I decided to go vintage with this b190 cause its.low mileage and solid drivetrain.
I certainly question Airstream designers on a few things, primarily the shower and toilet. what a joke! I am 6'6" tall and am in the process of yanking it all out for cargo space for useful items like a bike or inflatable kayak.
figuring out the plumbing as grey water will stay and trying to access shower hot/cold supply lines from refrigerator side. eventually will rebuild "bathroom" into cargo space
cheers

Welcome! Were they still using the gray plastic (polybutelene) pipe in '96?

I have a hand-sketched drawing of mine, but it’s a ‘91 so it won’t match yours. But it’s pretty simple. Line from the tank to the pump. The pump and city water inlet both have check valves, so it’s basically a standard plumbing system at that point.tallakguy wrote:yes they were. 96 has the gray pex plumbing. where can I make sense of this plumbing? toilet gone, shower gone but keeping kitchen water...can't figure out plumbing
