Washing my 99 rig the other day I noticed some water dripping on the microwave that is installed above the fridge. I pulled it out and could see small drips of water come down the vent to the Fridge. Up to the roof I go.I checked the Fridge roof vent but couldn’t see much with the metal shield on top. So I took off the old Dicor and six screws that held it down. I took a picture so you could see the oval roof vent and the wire mesh that is riveted down. All looked good except for a few cracks. I cleaned everything up with mineral spirts and laid new Dicor all around. I then did the same for the metal shield. I forgot to use butal tape so hopefully the six screws and the Dicor keep it from blowing away..... thoughts on this? Hope the late model owners find this useful
