I have added transmission cooler and temperature gauge for Florida temps after rebuilding trans. Tilt steering, AC, Am/FM CD payer, power windows and door locks, power driver seat. Onan 2.8 kw generator w hour meter. 11,000 BTU roof AC w heat strip to keep you comfortable. House has awning, dual house batteries, 4 burner range w oven, microwave, sink, shower tub, outside shower, flush toilet, all in working in fine shape.
