Patrick on the Facebook group was able to find some info on these. Apparently a very few were made by Airstream, mostly intended for Japan. His quote from someone in the factory was:
"Airstream built 25 of these units in 1996 for Fuji Automotive in Japan which had the low style top like this. The top came from Viking Formed Products. More of a Commercial build."

That is just the right size, not too small and not to big. So rare and cannot believe it is still available. Would love to have this as part of the fleet
