Is there any way to control the temperature of the heater.

I keep mine going throughout the winter as I take the rig out on weekends.

I would like to adjust the temperature so that the water is warm, but not hot.

I moved your message into a new thread for clarity. :)

I don't think there is a way to adjust them.

Thanks, Skater. I was afraid that would be the answer.

I will stick with the water heater I have now, but when that goes I will purchase the type you start by going outside the rig. At least you can control the temp. with that one.

Electric water heaters are nice when they work. When they don't they are nothing but problems. Changed one in the Class A I used to have.

I kind of like the electric start because it means I don't have to go out of the rig to start it. :)

When I'm camping, I turn my water heater off at night and during the day when I'm not using hot water, which is easy to do with the electronic version. I'm probably not saving very much propane, but the noise it makes at night as it starts sometimes wakes me.
