1997 b190 for Sale in North Carolina - Still for Sale

I am selling my 1997 b190. I have it listed on Ebay and the ad there has pictures and a more detailed description (I'm having trouble linking it, but if you go to Ebay and search "Airstream b190" you'll find it), but the basic details are as follows:
Mileage: The total mileage is just over 99,200, but the current engine (Triton V10 6.8L) only has about 25,000 miles on it. I was not the owner at the time the engine was replaced, but I do have a work order/invoice showing the mileage at the time (just under 75,000).
1997 Options: In addition to the standard features, the RV has the following features that were optional/upgrades for the 1997 model year: double kitchen sink; 3-burner stove; generator (just over 100 hours); and an awning. It does not have the optional microwave.
Many recent replacements/upgrades: newer Michelin Latitude tires (installed less than a year ago and have less than 2,000 miles); new spare tire; new Bilstein shocks installed less than a year ago; water heater replaced less than a year ago; new ball joints and track bar; new LP tank, regulator and LP hoses.
List Price: $16,250
For picking up the vehicle, the closest airport is Asheville (AVL). Greenville (GSP) is a little over an hour away and Charlotte (CLT) is about two hours away.
