Why do you say that? Because of the "pigeon English" in the ad?

A few issues jumped out at me:
1. The VIN is missing a digit. Most likely a typo.
2. The fine print under the title says it's an E-250, but the VIN reports it as an E-350. We've seen one or two B190s built on the E-250 chassis before, but it's extremely rare.
3. The title of the auction is correct at 1996, but in the page it says 2006 in a few places. It should be a '96 based on the VIN.
4. The fine print also says it has a 5.8L (351) engine, but the VIN indicates it's a 460.
Despite all of that, I don't think it's a scam, but one should always exercise caution.

Exactly what skater said. Seems the owner doesn't know much about it. And the grill doesn't match a 96. 133.000 miles $12.500 isn't out of the question but for a really clean unit this is not. Doesn't look like they even washed it to take pictures.

The price has been lowered today. Also, it's listed on
Airstream Classifieds. At this point, I'm pretty convinced it's a real ad.
