It looks to be a "Rebadged" Okanagan. Just guessing that it is 127k rather than 27k. Curious looking, why they do that?

Looks like they painted it with Rhinoliner. Good news, it'll never get another scratch. Bad news, it probably weighs more. I like the interior though. Not a fan of the composting toilet but I see people doing it to trailers, too (personal preference).

Why did they rebadge it? I don't think they did, Airstream took over production in '89. But if they did, it was so they could get into WBCCI.

Might have been fake. There was a rash of listings for $55xx all across the country. Going and getting my hopes up!

There are a many scams involving just the B190, one must wonder why. the're pretty easy to spot with just one or two pictures, underpriced and stock reply address. What profit could there possibly be in it, there must be some gain; otherwise it wouldn't be done. I flagged them whenever I come across them and I encourage you to do the same.

However, if you'd seen how this van was Frankensteined you'd agreed 5000 was about the right price. More than likely it was the real deal.

I think it was legit, too. Airstreams in general are a pretty common Craigslist scam.

One I've run across is claiming to be selling through "eBay Motors" and asking for a deposit to ship, then having 5 days to inspect. They'll ask for Western Union or similar. I had one I suspected was fraud. The B190 is in the same city, indeed the same base, where my brother's stationed. She claims to be in the hospital in Honolulu, that the Air Force already has the van, so my bro can't see it and the only option is to pay the deposit to have it shipped to me for the 5 day inspection period.

No thanks. When you start asking reasonable questions, they vanish. Since this one had more pics and description than most scams, I gave her the benefit of the doubt until she started the EBay Motors and free shipping/trial nonsense. Besides, I want to relocate to where my bro is and not have it shipped, so it wasn't working for me.
