B190 Enthusiasts

When I toggle the switches on my systems monitor, none of the lights on it illuminate (eg, tank levels, pump), and the water pump will not operate. I removed the monitor panel and put a multi meter to the wires going into it, and it seems to have current at multiple points (note: I am clueless as to all things electrical). Other systems do not seem to be affected. I'm reasonably handy, but electrical is my Achilles' heel.

Any help trouble shooting would be much appreciated, thanks.
