Wow, my 1992 looks like a luxury camper van compared to this.

Looks exactly like the one we have(maybe a bit nicer actually). We got ours no power steering, no brakes, no a/c, no interior, and bald tires and drove it 2 hours home. That was an adventure, but of course we didn't buy it for $14k... I've seen similar ones like this sell on CL for under $3k from time to time. It's hard to say what the rebuild costs as it depends on how much you plan on adding. We bought ours in similar condition because we planned on investing $1k at a time on a custom rebuild and without being in a rush are able to find junkyard replacement parts. (Everything except for the Airstream or camper specific parts. Those mostly have to be bought brand new and are hard to find exact matches. (For example I can't find an exact power inlet that matches the original). It's definitely a challenge and aaaaaa-lot more work than you'd initially think.

This might be a good buy for someone handy, but I still think the selling price would have to be under $4k, unless most of the interior is still intact. Ours and the ones I've seen were pre-gutted.
