i have a 1996 here in Fernandina Beach Florida. 63,000 miles. I realize outside your stated 250 mile radius, but what the heck?

Honestly, these are rare enough... if you find a good van it's worth a $120 airline ticket to go get it. Especially since pricing is based on location a lot of time. If a buyer is anywhere near the West Coast, you can save THOUSANDS by traveling. For example: I found a B190 I was going to buy in California for 21k... then I saw a nearly identical van in Ohio with half the mileage. I bought a ticket to Cleveland, took a few days off work, and had to pay for the gas to drive it home... but the THIRTEEN THOUSAND dollars I saved by buying a van that I had to travel for more than made up for that.
I encourage you to look outside your local area, especially when trying to find something as rare as one of these vans when only about 1,300 were produced. You'll find what you want faster, and cheaper.

Thank you so much for the info, my plans had change for the time being so I never got around to try and find a van, but now I am back in the game
And I also have come to the conclusion to just look nationwide...
