1992 B-190 Ford E-350 Airstream Van
We purchased this sweet B-190 in 2016 from the original owner. He was my neighbor and it took me years to talk him and his wife into selling. Van had just over 42,000 miles when I picked it up. It has been a great van for me and my family.
The condition of the van is GOOD. I would say it is great, but the van fiberglass top is showing normal signs of oxidation. I have used fiberglass polishes, but it could use a new gel coat or something a little more industrial to renew the fiberglass top. Body is in good shape with no dents or accidents. Graphics and paint are normal for a 32 year old van. The 460 V-8 gas engine doesn’t leak a drop of oil and the Transmission is running strong.
Some of the mods we have done..
Van Upgrades/maintenance
Suspension-New heavy duty coil springs up front and added leaf in the rear.
Transmission-Rebuild at 45,000 miles.
Water Pump.
Fuel Pump.
Michelin Defenders.
Coach Upgrades
Electrical-100w solar panel and 200Ah Lithium battery.
Outdoor Shower.
Stereo w/ Bluetooth.
VitriFrigo Refrigerator. Runs on DC.
Front Hitch for mounting a motorcycle or bike rack.
New Window Coverings.
Rubber Flooring.
Window shades for drivers cabin.
Full Tint on all windows.
Maxx Fan.
All the RV systems are in good working order.
I removed the Onan Generator and to use that space for storage of tools, jack and cleaning supplies. The Geni never worked great and we are no Generator people.
We are selling our B-190 to move to a truck and camper set up. Something 4x4 that when we travel to baja we can explore off road to secluded beaches in hard to reach locations. Then drop the camper and have a truck to take to the beach and around town.
We love this van and will be sorry to see it go. We love loading it up with dirtbikes and heading to the woods or beach. We lived in it for 4 months while building our house in baja and just this spring, did a month long trip to the southwest traveling and enjoying how easy a van of this size operates. I would not hesitate selling this van to a family and watching them drive off on a cross country voyage.
Thanks for your interest in our van. Located in White Salmon WA.
We will consider all reasonable offers.
