B190 Enthusiasts

I've been going through the database, trying to find the oldest B190 (1989) registered in order to compare it to mine. In looking at the Airstream Serial Number Tag, it looks like the very top was cut off from a tag they used for something else? Is this tag available for restoration? Is there anyone out there willing to share information with me regarding their '89.

Can anyone share the tag dimensions and thickness?
