Intermittent issues

I know about the connectivity issues we've been having. Sometimes the site works, sometimes it doesn't.
I'm trying to get a timeline so the provider can look into it, but I also plan to switch to a different hosting provider in a few months that hopefully will address these issues (and be much cheaper, as a bonus).
