Ford gave up the carburators in 1987 and went to fuel injection starting in 1988.

It may still be around, I looked at a rig two days ago with the same specs, the toilet smelled REAL bad and the tranny is toast. all in all it can be had for less than 8k. it was pretty decent for sure tho. Not bad at all after you cleaned it up. It was not for us and we passed. It was pretty well taken care of for the most part.
It was white and blue, when I googled it it was posted all over the place and the dates was from long ago but it was still for sale. It has been moved from dealer to dealer for a while.

I braked hard then stabed the gas, it reved to about 4k then slammed into gear.

I tried it twice and the salesman started to say that was normal, until I made it clear it was not.

Either very low fluid or bad torque converter, possibly bad clutches. Either way i did not want it, it was Not what I am looking for quality wise. All in all if you can handle the toilet mess it would be an ok van for 5k, put another 5k into it and you would have a 10k semi clean b190.

The upside is a C6 tranny is fairly cheap less than 1k gets you a bullet proof one.

Blair I do know of one in Renton, real nice folks and a resonable price for a real solid van. Still not what i wanted, I wanted VERY NICE excellen paint low miles like less than 45k and super clean inside and out minimun 1993.

I found it and am buying it this weekend. Not cheap but super nice. For the most part ya get what ya pay for. Always the exception, but with only 1150 some odd Airstreams made the pikens are slim..
