This camper has been well maintained and it is in great condition. The exterior paint and the awning are in great shape. There are no interior water leaks. All the upholstery has been well cared for. The appliances, lights, and switches all work properly. Everything in the RV is functioning as it should.

The refrigerator is a Propane/12v DC/110v AC so you can run it while you are at a rustic camp site, while driving, or connected to shore power.

The furnace and the A/C unit heat and cool the RV very quickly, the water heater starts right up with the remote ignition.

It has a 3 burner stove/oven that works perfectly along with the optional microwave oven.

The Onan MicroLite 2800 Generator (just serviced with fresh oil and spark plug) is a valuable optional addition which is included. The generator is equipped with a remote start and hour meter.

The driver side captain’s chair is a 6 way power unit and the passanger captain’s chair reclines and swivels to provide additional seating for coach area.

This unit has the 6.8L Triton V10 engine in it. The V10 has more power and it gets better fuel economy (14 mpg average) and is great for towing. It doesn't have any fluid leaks/mechanical issues. The oil was just changed and the brakes were inspected (no problems found) and new tires put on her.

Both the coach and engine batteries are in very good condition. All lights and signals are in good working order. She has been cleaned and ready for her new owner.

Sweet looking ride

Blair,
Thanks for the nice words. We have really enjoyed using our "Miss Minnie" over the past few years, but she no longer fits for us. This past winter we adopted "Rusty" a retired greyhound and his is just too big and lanky to stay in our camper with us. He has trouble with steps and so has a hard time even getting in, then once in he cannot even turn around!

I have added a picture of him to the gallery so all can see what a handsome dog he is.

Rusty is a pretty dog. Friends of ours have a greyhound rescue named JoJo, and he's very friendly and well-behaved (I guess not all of them are well-tempered, but he certainly is).

We were truly blessed to have Rusty come into our lives, he is a wonderful companion. He is a very sweet and loving animal who tries very hard to understand what we expect of him.
I have been around a lot of animals in my life, growing up on a small farm and having grandparents who were full time farmers but I have never been around an animal who is so in tune with his humans. He certainly has a strong personality, and is a large dog (75 lbs.) but wants to feel safe and secure more than anything. He just loves to be hugged!
He was a good racer, winning 1st place in 4 of the 14 races he ran. He certainly lived up to his track name: "Super Size Me"
Unfortunately his racing career came to an abrupt end when the dirt-bag track owner abandoned the track and over a hundred dogs. Only 28 were able to be saved because no one knew that the dogs were there starving to death. Rusty has a doggy version of PTSD, because he has woken up screaming from bad dreams on numerous occasions. Fortunately he seems to be getting used to the comfy suburban lifestyle and is adjusting like a real trooper.

That's pretty sad. I'm glad you were able to save him, though.

We take 3 dogs in our 190. Currently 2 are smaller and one medium. but we had a small, medium, and large at one time. The large on was at least 75 pounds and had 2 bad hips, so we just helped him up the steps into the unit. Took that crew from MI to TX and back several years ago. The big one slept under the fold out sofa, the medium on the drivers seat, and the small one up on top with me.

Getting the 190 was partially because of the dogs, as it was a lot harder with a tent.
