Was this vehicle ever offered with a 5.8 liter engine?

there is one listed on eBay right now, and that is what is in the listing for engine size.

Yes. It's the 351. I put the VIN in the Ford site and it said it was a 5.8L engine.

hmmm, that's interesting. i didn't know these vehicles were available w/the smaller engine.
i wonder how that pulls on a hill?

I suspect it's probably okay alone. Towing would probably be slow.

You might have to downshift and go slower, but I'm sure you'd get there. That said, if you're going to be scaling hills frequently, you're probably going to wish you had the 460 or V10.

Yep, i believe that you are correct.
I currently have a Sportsmobile with the turbo 7.3, and would probably notice quite a difference in the performance.
