Careful with this ad - the second picture is one of mine...see here. Might be a scam.

Well, that was quick - I emailed him about it this afternoon, and he responded asking if I wanted him to remove that picture. I suggested he remove it - if nothing else, it just makes the ad look suspicious. The other pictures appear to all be of the same camper, and based on his reaction, I think it was an honest mistake and he isn't trying to pull anything.
