Nice job trouble shooting. Glad you found it. Will try to remember injectors when/if I run into this problem.

Re: Refrigerator 12v ignition sense wiring
With the engine running, there is no 12 volts at the relay on any terminal? If so, you will have to work back to the van wiring. Possible a fuse has blown, if it is a fused circuit. I have the factory Ford manuals for 93. Will try to see if any clues there.

Check out the electrical section in the forum index. Here's how I did it:

Forgot to mention, the 190 rides much better now, as others have also experienced. A little harsher at slow speeds, but great improvement on the highway.

Re: New Bilstein Shocks
Got the rear shocks finally installed, as AJUSA finally got them in stock. Bottom bolts came off surprisingly easy. Top not so. Ended up cutting the rubber buffer out and using a cutoff wheel on a die grinder to cut through the shock on the bottom side of the frame where they attach. Probably took a...

Got both a phone call and email from AJUSA. The rear shocks are finally in and shipped. Yeah.

Several years ago I found the maker of this light on the internet. Can't find it today(may be on my old computers favorites) but this one looks close:

I would try RV wrecking yards to see if any of their RVs have Flexsteel seats. Doubt epoxy will work with that load.

I am 6'2" and got rid of the ladder years ago. I stand on the sofa, usually open by bedtime and climb up. In the morning I slide backwards and drop my legs until my feet touch the sofa.

Re: Refridgerator power problem
Look under the sofa for a relay that kicks in when you turn the ignition key on. Should be able to feel or here it click. The 12 volts for the fridge goes into that relay , but won't come out until the key is on. Take out the relay and connect the hot 12 volt(when key off) to the other wire that was...

Sometimes these cables can be repaired. What specifically is wrong with it. I had a malfunctioning swivel cable on the passenger seat. By looking under the seat I was able to see the problem and fix it.

You can always try eBay motors under parts and accessories. Ford dealer might be able to get you a part#.
