I don't think I've seen one that low, but it's not unusual for these to have a lot less miles than you'd expect for their age. Under 100,000 miles is pretty common.

Also, this camper is very near me, so if someone wants me to go check it out, just let me know.

Look at the pictures in their larger size on the rig with 23.752 miles, specifically the front seats and interior pictures overall....looks like it was used very little

If anyone has a Carfax subscription check the Vin, you may be able to verify the mileage

The only thing I question is it doesn't look like it has a chrome front bumper..?

1FDJS34G3PHB75020 (corrected # at bottom of his ebay ad)

That should be a very nice rig with those low miles....

You're right...that's odd. It looks like a plastic bumper from a later model.

Looks to be a great rig, though.

yep....its been replaced at some point so a person might look for additional clues to other damage...Carfax might show that.

The bumper has been replaced with a cheaper painted bumper at some point.

The cheaper model Ford vans came with a gray painted front bumper like this one...our vans all had chrome front bumpers, and in 1992 and later they have a gray plastic trim piece across the center of the bumper..

Additionally, the gray plastic valance piece (under bumper) should be a full length section from one side to the other all the way across, rather than a short section as seen under this painted bumper
