easy DIY Captain's chairs slipcovers

Post by okaynagan »

Just finish sewing some rather simple slipcover for the B190; just a hemmed rectangle with a few gussets. Fitted the covers on and was standing back to admire my handiwork when the DH says "What? no pockets!"

LOL Chris, no ordering necessary, anybody crossing my palm with a C-note can have them. I'll take them off and send them. I'll make myself another set, I'm telling you they are really easy to make and you can diy with ease.

My dear people I have been trying to impress upon you that it doesn't take any mad sewing skills to make these seat covers. One yard and a half of fabric 30 inches wide, four gussets on each side, one seam each side, a tuck, And there you have it! Double that if you need both seats.

Here's a template I have drawn up for you just in case you can't picture it. But if you'd rather pay me megabucks to make it for ya, so B it; I've always wanted to the solar system, a big inverter and charge controller on my B. Hey, you can help send this "girl-scout to camp" or Switzerland for that matter! :P Seriously, orders excepted.
