53k miles with gen and the price is right....
Per our Production Data as follows
1142 Airstream B190 rigs were built
57 were built with the 351 engine thru 1996...none after that
In 1996 13 were built on the E250 chassis
In 1997 13 were built on the E250 chassis
18 were built with the Navistar 7.3 diesel engine, 10 in 1991, 5 in 1992 and 3 in 1993..

Dang, Dave, you possess a plethora of useful information.
I had no idea that there was ever a diesel in one of these vehicles.
I have a turbo 7.3 in my 2003 E350, which pulls real nice. I don't imagine the diesels that came in the B190 were turbo.
My SMB weighs in a little over 10k pounds and would probably be a little light in power with a small block.
I wonder if there is a noticeable difference with the E250 and E350?
I will definitely be going with an E350 and big block.
Any idea what a E350 big block weighs?

Rear 5000. My total weight on the scale was 8850.
I just lost some weight because I put some alloy wheels on when I put the new Toyo M55's. Figured I would do it at my bros shop while heading through Oregon. NO TAX!!!.We should be home in a few days. The van has been running flawless, we are very happy.
Toyo M55's are E rated. used by the US Forestry service and loggers. Special constructed sidewalls and rock guard in the center of the tread.Blair wrote:Denco,

Almost a stupid tire in regards to overkill. I use them on my 1 ton diesel trucks and love them.
Although overkill- from a safety standpoint in my heavy van with my wife in the passeneger seat it is something I will waste my money on.. It rides awesome now.
We are stationary for another day then rollin again. Talk to ya soon.
